Problem has not been resolved till today ?
My problem has not been resolved as yet till today of the phone I have purchased online Samsung A32 not A02. I have received a call yesterday and they are requesting my banking details for refund nd they also offering me a r100 voucher which I refused to give out that info and dont want to accept that voucher. All I want is the phone I have purchased ???????

We have been advised by the Polokwane Makro Management and Head Office Makro Management to advise you that the we cannot offer the Samsung A32 at the price of a Samsung A02.
Lastly the order has been cancelled and refunded successfully, please see your banking statement from the date of purchase.
Please be advised that should you not be happy or satisfied with the feedback provided can refer the matter to the Consumer Goods And Services Ombuds who can assist you in reviewing our resolution.
