Printer warranty
I bought an hp 3630 printer online from Makro. It failed to print shortly after unpacking it. Despite the printer inficating that the cartridges were half full,, I was told to buy new cartridges at a price simiar to that which i paid for the printer. The last i heard was that i reported it too late- to this end a 30 day deadline for the warranty was introduced. I asked where this was communicated to me- no answer was supp****. Beware of deals on makro's web page- they bite you rather tha assist.
