Price paid at till not same as shelf barcode price

ment: We went to Strubensvalley Makro on Friday morning 11 Aug. I purchased the new All Gold Sweezy jam label price on shelf was R21.95 yet paid price as per till slip R26.95 Kellogg's granola Muesli marked R36.95 on shelf yet paid price as per till slip R38.95. I noticed these price variances when placing groceries in the boot. I did not have enough time to resolve matter there and then has due to time constraints I needed to collect my daughter from school. I received automatic response saying query would be handled within 48 hours! Been 5 days still no feedback! Poor customer service and slow to respond to queries = lose loyal customers
