Price exchange refused
I bought 3 umbrellas on sale for R599 ea. Then there was no white colour, but I thought I'll check with other branch when get a chance. Now the white colour are in stock so I returned the unused umbrellas and was told that I should get the price exchange of which they refused. They said I should pay the current price for the same item but different colour and now for R300 ea more I'm not happy at all .
