Price discrepancy solved amicably

Had an issue with pricing on the website and what was advertised in store.

Called in and spoke to Richard at the Makro Head office; he was an absolute pleasure to speak to, very understanding and happy to help. Really went the extra mile. Richard arranged the necessary changes/amendments at store level and subsequently referred me to Steven from Makro Riversands.

Steven as well was pleasant, friendly and and assisted fast and efficiently in the price corrections at the pay points.

Both these guys are superstars!!! Thank you for the excellent and painless assistance provided over the weekend.
