Price Difference

I would like to query the price that I have paid for this product on the 03/08/20 and your website shows that your bday promotion was from the ***.

We paid R3599 and your website has it advertised for R2999 it does not state that it is online only.

I have been calling the store whole day and no one knows about the bday sale then I speak to the Nespresso Consultant who advises she will have the manager get back to me.

The advisor calls me back herself, no call from manager giving me an ultimatum that if I come there today before 6pm I can get my money back. Don't give me an ultimatum when you have no decency to contact me yourself.
