Price difference between online and buying over the counter

<p>Paid R421 more for an Ink Cartridge just because I baught it over the counter</p> <p>On Monday the 19/06/2017 I went online on Makro's Web Site looking for prices for an Samsung Ink Cartrigde and found the online Price is R877,61. Im not a believer of online shopping so as soon as I knew what the price was I went in store to buy the cartrigde .</p> <p>Over the counter the exact product costs was R1299.00. Obvousily I ask to speak to someone about it cause thats just madness. A Lady Jane came to me (Manager/Supervisor) and she coulnt really give me an answer. The only explination was here at Makro we encourage people to buy online.</p> <p>I ended up purchasing the cartrigde cause I needed it but never the less not a happy customer!!!</p> <p>I understand the whole online buying thing but atleast keep your prices consistant give cunsumers a 10/20/ in this case a 30% discount or something like that.</p> <p>Luckily I took a screen shot ot the online price and have the receipt as proof.
