Price and complaints

<p>today at about 12 we went to Makro Arbor crossing to get some stuff. as we had to get milk we saw a special on 6 pack low fat "M" milk at R39.95. we loaded 10 boxes and was approached by 2 makro staff members who said to us that the full cream milk was on the same special. We unloaded the low fat milk and loaded full cream milk. At the till there seemed to be a problem and was told this milk is not on special. We approached the mamager Lindsey and complained about the situation. At first is was only an argument and she refused to have a look at the camera to confirm the staff members telling us what they did. I advised Lindsey that I will gladly summons Makro for thr recording as we will not make a scene for no reason. Lindsay went to look at the recording and came back about 15 mins later and said that she saw we had the low fat milk in the trolley and then the 2 staff members approached us and we then unloaded the low fat and loaded full cream. Lindsy then said that the 2 staff members does not work for Makro and works for an external company (WHY is this my problem and relevent to me at all) she then refused to help us further and we had to leave with a very disipointing shopping experience. I will attach photos of the stock (milk) with NO prices, I wonder what the CPA will say to this. I await feedback from Makro</p>
