Pressure Cooker
Ordered a pressure cooker and it was delivered on the 8th of April to the wrong person they never called to confirm if it’s the correct person they just delivered.Called Makro several times asking them to fix this. They kept on opening queries and when I call again the query is closed and a new one would be open. It’s been more than a month since calling without any feedback. This is totally ridiculous and unacceptable. Give me the product I ordered then deal with the loss I can’t be stressing over a mistake done by them. I don’t want a refund I want what was ordered delivered to me.
