Pre-assembled lie and no instruction manual = epic failure

On 05/07/2025 I ordered a Infintiy Homeware Rectangular Glass table with 6 wooden Chairs, said to be "pre-assembled'. Upon delivery on 10 July, upon later opening the boxes I saw that this was a lie, my table and chairs came in various loose pieces. Being annoyed, I thought to look for the instruction manual on how to put this set together, to dismal failure of not finding a darn thing amongst all the boxes and loose parts!!

I have called and emailed Makro, to query the delivery failure and lie of the "pre assembled " aspect, to ask for an instruction manual to be sent to me with haste, via email. What's worse, is that I cannot find a video online even, to follow as an instruction!!

Its literally over 2 weeks later, following countless calls and promises to come back to me with a PDF manual ( emailed), that nil has arrived to my inbox, not even to my spam. Upon further queries I was told they have to wait for the copy from the supplier... I mean come on, thats ridiculous.

I even see that Leroy Merlin sells the same thing and offer a service to assemble it if you dont want to.. sadly its too late now to ask for a refund and return of goods, since we still trusted in you to deliver the instructions!

PLEASE DO SO ASAP!!!! We cannot sit here for 2 weeks with no dining table or chairs, please assist.
