potato chips cutter

Bought a potato chips cutter on line and received it a week later.used it once and the blades were into pieces. called them and spoke to sifiso who asked for pictures of the broken device before he could help me. sent the pictures and he promised to come back to me with an answer and he didn't. every time i called i was he was off would be asked to call me back but nothing happened. out of the blue a courier company came to my house to fetch the broken device and never head from them again. sent mails to sifiso and called no success
