Poort collection service on damaged goods

I have been waiting since November for Makro to collect a damaged cupboard. I was phoned about 2 weeks ago for collection after numerous phone calls emails and WhatsApp s. Still no collection made for a refund in order to re-order the cupboard. This is really not acceptable
