Poorest customer care, just exploitation and ****

Tell me why do you get to sell me a secondhand machine that is not even working without disclosing this to me? I mean same week I bought the machine, it came delivered wrapped manually in boxes, not a single manual and plastic NOT the factory washing machine box as a brand new machine.

The worst part is, upon testing the machine and washing my first load the machine door never opened so my laundry is stuck in there. Then I called Makro for help, the delay over days drove me crazy I even decided for them to take their machine and give my money back so I could go buy a new machine elsewhere. Surely, Makro cannot be trusted! It's day 5 still no action or even care for such an inconvenience they caused me.
