Poor ,unfair ,lies and cheaty service delivery

I bought items online ..my order was from pietermaritzburg ..my order was supposed to be delivered today 01 April 2025...nobody called me to let me know what time my order was gonna be delivered..and for that fact I used my work address ,I knock out at 2 but I had stay behind Until now 21:20 hoping that someone will call me and say we have your package...what makes me angry more is that I called makro not even the store but their head office or whatever they call it twice ..my last call a guy promised to call me back after calling the logistics company,so that atleast i know if whether should i go home or what .but did he ?..I hate being made a fool after spending your money and nobody cares..because wow ..I mean now I had to pay three times on transport for me to get home and that wasn't in my budget...probably you guys are gonna say 'sorry for the inconvenience we are going to make sure that your receive package ',the money that I used for transport after being promised lies by a big company
