poor switchboard response

Awful switchboard service.

I have been trying to get hold of Garce the manager, since I have been doing follow ups myself on the online order that I place with Makro. My order was handed to TCG on the 18th, but I never received it. I am told that Makro is still re-approving my order. I am currently trying to get hold of Makro Montague, but it is in vain. I called and spoke to the gentleman who put me on hold for more than 10 minutes on the line.

I am currently still trying to get hold of the switchboard, but the line is declined or not answered and automatically sent to customer care. My escalate query is not of important to any one at this point since I had to force the customer care agents to assist me.

Follow up on this review is going to be a post of the call attempts I made to the store and still no answer.

I am honestly disappointed to the core because I made my arrangement to prior and now my guests are disappointed.
