Poor store service
Just around 14:22 at Makro Wonderboom Liquor,my husband and I found the blue bugs shots packed with the price tag R124 at the shelf, however at the pay point it said R189, I requested the manager's assistance with this matter as the thing that attracted me to buy this product was the price R124. However the manager Mr Medupe Modiba LIQUOR TRADING MANAGER told my husband that it is our problem that the store packed the product with the wrong price tag and he will not give it to us with the price that we saw. It's not my job to read the fine prints of the tag,the price I see is the price I pay.
The terrible service has left us no choice but to live the store not buying everything that we wanted to buy.
Honestly l wouldn't like anyone to experience the same treatment and unpleasant attitude i got for wanting to spend my money.
