Poor staff manners and training

Looking for patio furniture, got "stormed" by many staff trying to sell me stuff I don't want. Got to garden section and there were 2 lady staff members having a conversation.. I had to interrupt them to ask for assistance and was pointed to a set of furniture we were interested in. I had to unplack chairs to be able to test them, All this while the ladies carried on their conversation showing no interest in me and my wife. I assume they don't work for commision and that sales therefor don't affect them. Went to House and Home after that and had 2 eager staff members to assists us and answer any questions. What a difference.
