POOR STAFF ASSISTANCE

The service given by the sales staff was non-existent. I was trying to purchase a DEFY washing machine, however, there was no one around willing to assist me. After 15 minutes of trying to find someone to help, I left. I am disappointed by the service of the staff as they display a laisser faire attitude towards their customers and duties.
