Poor show at Makro Germiston

I was At Makro Germiston yesterday 12-02-2023. what a disgrace !! the shelves are in a mess, NO staff to help in the multi-media section, or camping No managers in these sections, Products, and shelves are not marked..The Conveyor belts at the checkout do not work, I walked out of Makro without any security checking what I had purchased!! They must be the laziest bunch of security checkout staff, I have a slip to prove it. The whole attitude of the staff is pathetic, it seems that they are doing me a favor. No one to help pack at the checkout. It was an extremely disappointing experience. I have been shopping at Makro for over 30 years this is the worst experience I have ever had at Makro Germiston. I feel the Store manager has Absolutely No control over his staff.
