POOR Services received

I am utterly dissapointed in Makro online. I have purchased online 05/11/2023. Informed 2-5 working day delivery. Today is the 22/11/2023 and I have not received my order. I have followed up, firstly the order was not ready when the courier arrived, then they had to call a courier when I called as now the order is ready. I do not want to cancel my order as I cannot buy that in the store (I tried).
