Poor services from makro online store
I bought laptop charger online from makro online store. After I received the charger it was not compartible. I reported to them via online portal that the laptop charger not compatible with my laptop and requested a refund. I have not received reply when they will pick the product not even when they plan to refund my money. i rate this online service poor not worthy to recommend to others as the product look old, second hand and tempered with.

07 Feb 2025, 11:06This is response to the makro business reply that they had sent private reply to me. I have checke but I hdo not have any reply from the makro online business. The more I get this kind of reply that say they have sent private repkly to customer the more this look ****my and lack of ethical business standard practices. Iam very dissapointed with the makro online business you order product but you receive product that do not match what you saw online and above that the send look old and already tempered with as is old old returns already rejected by others for the lack of match. I cannot recommed this business it looks ****my and do not honour the return policy stated but is meant to just trick to order and after you are stuck with product not fit for your purpose. I do not recommed them
