Poor services

We place a order on a monthly basis for delivery of the groceries for our company from Makro Vaal. This is the 3rd month we are battling as the person dealing with our account is on strike. We place our order a week in advance to make sure delivery is on time. How is it possible that no one is checking the emails for deliveries. We will not use this services again and will most definately not promote Makro to anyone. This is the worst service from such a big company.
