Poor service - where is my refund???

You have confirmed on 4 August 2023 that my refund payment from Makro (Capitec Account) has been made, yet no payment has been received.

I can’t see that an EFT payment should take more than 72 hours.

This is not going away, get my refund paid ASAP.

NOTE: I won’t advise anyone to make any online purchases from Makro - unprofessional servce, incorrect delivery dates specified and once you cancel an order you have to beg and waste time following up to get a refund….
