Poor service returns
Bought appliances at Makro Bloemfontein, Eland St. The stove was installed and only two plates heats up. I cannot use the stove for its very basic function and reported this to the returns section. I was promised a callout from one of their technicians to come and look at the stove but following two follow up calls, nobody made contact.
