Poor Servïce Staff are being ****** at Returns Department at the Bloemfonttein branch . The staff did ńot give the previous client whom was a white person the manner I was handled on the 4th of August 2021. In the end the situation was not handled in a professional manner even with the supervisor whom was biased.
