POOR SERVICE ON WARRANTY

They do not live up to their promise to resolve unresolved matters My call logged is still unattended to. My extended warranty for faulty HP 4675 printer still has not been attended to.

Hi, Please advise if the reference number provided on the Hellopeter platform is the one that you received from the suppliers or the store.

The reference number provided is my account number. I have not had any reference number from the extended warrant provider.
