Poor service on top of poor service

I logged a complaint on here last week and someone contacted me and promised an email from the branch on the same day but up to now I haven't got any feedback. I even followed up over email twice and still no response. Instead, it's been over 2 weeks since i placed my order and I don't have the products yet the delivery status shows as "completed". This is the last time I will ever order from Makro, they have a complete lack of understanding or caring about their customers.
