Poor service on online orders

I placed an order online on the 15th august 2023 and on the 18th only part of the order was delivered. Only a remote was received. It has been collected and still to this day the 25th of August 2023 no full order has been received and makro can not give me an answer as to when the full order. Makro keeps promising to call me with feedback which does not happen either. I will definitely think twice before ordering on line again
