POOR SERVICE. NO FEEDBACK, NO REFUND

I am currently an account holder at Makro Amanzimtoti. I get stock delivered from Makro on a weekly basis. I am not receiving a traders discount when my requested items get delivered, who i have brought up with Qaqamba Bavu several times, my last two orders have also not been discounted. In July an incorrect order of Redbull got delivered, after my discussion with Qaqamba i requested for this to be return, I am not sure when this will happen as 3 months has passed from that day. Really dissapointed
