Poor service!! no delivery since 25 November 2021

Makro 3-7 delivery is a complete lie!! I have been waiting for my order placed on 25th November and when I phone and send them emails I'm being told they'll investigate, last call I made to them they said they don't have stock. Really now!! They are selling items they don't even have stock of..if there was a minus 5 I would rate them that, this is pathetic.
