Poor Service, No customer care

It is absolutely unfair and unacceptable to place an order that was supposed to be delivered within 3 to 5 business days and yet still be waiting. There has been no update or communication whatsoever; the order has been stuck on "dispatched" since December 17, 2024. Whenever I call, I am told that they are waiting for feedback from the store or courier company and that there is nothing more they can do. I am extremely annoyed and done with Makro. Their customer care is non-existent, and they hire agents who are unable to provide assistance! no sense of urgency.
