Poor service Makroma

I order monster energy drink 553ml @ 401.95 and receive the standard 500 ml wich was 330.00 I did log a return on the day of delivery, still i been waiting for a return number and date. Makro is very bad at responding back on queries Hope i will be assited with a return and the right product or my money back
