Poor Service - Makro Riversands

I would want to rate Makro Riversands to be more specific, They do not do their Quality assurance on orders, I place an order for a crate of Multana Red on 6 November, they delivered 6 bottles out of 12 that are in the case, I asked the driver, he didn't have any explanation for it, all he said was "i am sure the other 6 are coming with another Driver", i waited for 3 more days and Makro delivered the treadmill that was part of the order and they marked the order completed. I then called Makro Riversands, my call kept on hold until all the airtime got finished, no one answers, i added more airtime, called the call center, they logged in the call and ticket ***(MAK***) and ticket ***(MAK***) were raised a week ago but no one from Makro Riversands has responded since.

I have tried more than three times now to reach them, but to no Avail.

may I ask Makro headoffice to take action, we are tired of the louse work that the Makro Riversand team does.

This isn't the first time this branch has been delivering sick orders for me, I always have to call and correct or complain especially towards the festive season
