POOR SERVICE MAKRO RIVERSANDS

I was at Makro Riversands where I found a food processor that was marked down from R450 to R350 and I was advised that is the wrong product it was mistake , they had to call the supervisor who took out the box from my trolley and said you cant take the box because it was a mistake who's mistake was it because it was not my fault that they priced their item incorrectly. no apology the box was just taken out from my box and they left with it .service at riversand makro and their Supervisor
