Poor Service Makro Port Elizabeth and Hisense SA

Good Day. Bought a Hisense Cellular Phone on 21/12/2019 at Makro . The Cellular Phone was repaired twice by Hisense Agents in last year around by 13/06/2020 for faulty software and battery as stated on all Hisense Products Batteries and Phones are under warranty for Two Years. On 19/12/2020 went back to Makro for the third Time with the same problem (battery that is faulty) they required the phone must go back to the previous agent of Hisense after wasted expenses to Hisense Agent that just said they don't do Hisense Products anymore due to there is no parts available for the phone. Contacted Makro explained the situation they refused to help me and said I must contact Hisense South Africa. Couldn't get any answer from Hisense SA. Phoned after Holidays 05/01/2021 got Hold of Hisense SA instructed I must drop off phone at Makro Port Elizabeth they refused the phone after numerous calls to Head Office no feed back. It's been a while now and didn't received any feedback from Makro SA or Hisense SA. They fast to sell the product but when it's faulty they don't want to replace or get involved. Hope someone from Makro or Hisense see this message. I'm furious but one thing for sure I'll never in my life will deal with Makro Port Elizabeth or Hisense again.
