Poor Service Makro Onlinr

On the 20 August I placed an order online. It stated that I will receive a delivery within 2-5 working days. I kept calling the contact centre to find out where my delivery is and they say it’s handed to the courier but they can’t give me details of the courier as it’s being sent directly from the supplier. It’s either this reply I am give. Or I am told to hold whilst they check my order , guess what I just continue holding and no one comes back to me. Today is the 30th of August and I still have not received the delivery.

It’s not advisable to purchase via Makro Online. Please be very vigilant and I am not sure if this is legit either.
