POOR SERVICE MAKRO ONLINE SHOPPING

PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE FROM MAKRO! I purchased an office chair online. Order number MAK*** The chair was delivered and when I started to assemble it, I realized they sent me the same side armrests. I contacted the WhatsApp number in the box, and a new set of armrests was delivered, however, exactly the same problem! I again reported the problem, after I went through the trouble of going to the Makro Store in Nelspruit where I was told to log a return for it, they can not help me at the store. I logged a return. The WhatsApp assistant said they will send the correct armrest again. which they did. By then the return was logged and the courier company collected the chair the same day they delivered the new armrest! I returned everything to Makro. Now I am struggling to find out where the chair is, to get my account credited. This is just an impossible nightmare!
