Poor Service _ Makro Online

I ordered two items online from Makro on the 18th of December 2024. They were to be delivered before Christmas. One Item was delivered one week later, but the other has still not arrived. I have called Makro online 5 times and sent three emails. When calling them they tell me they will check and I must hold on and then I get cut off. Nothing has happened to any of my queries. No one has ever responded to my email. I am appalled at the service.
