POOR service - Makro Online
Don't buy anything from Makro Online. I bought luggage on the 18th of Feb. Delivery was supposed to be on the 24th. Status still shows in transit with an ETA of the 24th of Feb 2026. Today is the 15th of March, almost a month later. Phoned them, emailed them, WhatsApp them, every time the same sorry story... Sory for the delay, Sorry for the wait, Sorry for the poor service... we will escalate... To date nothing... I am traveling in 3 days' time and needed the luggage... Well, SORRY Makro Online, you won't see me again....
