Poor service Makro online

Ordered and paid for a fridge on the ,30 Nov 2024. Today is the ,18/12/2024 ...and still no delivery. To say I am disappointed is an understatement statement ...there is no service with Makro online.Really appalling .Makro must really pay attention since I will in future not make the same mistake..what happened,,? Makro used to be swift with customer orders before ...Really ,???
