Poor service makro carnival city

I will never ever buy from Makro carnival city their not professional at all. I bought grocery online they took 1 month to respond now they telling me they refunded my money since on the 29th Dec. Last week they said it will reflect in my account within 7 days is already 9 days. Today I send email their telling me they send it to payflex I checked with payflex they didn't receive money from Makro. Now I lost 520.00 from Makro and payflex debited 520.00 from my account. I will never ever buy from Makro poor service delivery. I want my money in my account though. 3 different people telling me different stories.get your facts straight please deal with this matter otherwise I am going to ambassador.
