Poor service Makro

I placed an order on Makro Online on December 5, 2023, with the expectation of receiving it within 2 to 5 working days. However, as of December 12, 2023, I have not received any updates, and my order status remains stuck on "order confirmed" without any communication from Makro. Despite reaching out to Makro customer service, the response has been unhelpful, with promises of follow-up that have not materialized. I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with this experience, and I will not recommend Makro Online to anyone. I regret not choosing an alternative like Takealot. I intend to share my dissatisfaction on various social media platforms to make others aware of the unsatisfactory service from Makro.
