Poor service makro
BOUGHT SMART TV ONLINE ON THE 15/11/2023 ON THE 16/11/2023 IT WAS HANDED OVER TO THE COURIER (VALUE EXPRESS) EXPECTED DATE IS 20/11/2023 CALLED AND I WAS NOT GIVEN E CHANCE TO TELL MY. SIDE OF STORY AT 16:00 PM I CALLED TO ESQUIRE I WAS TOLD THAT I SHOULD EXPECT A CALL IN 15 MINUTES STILL 16:30 I CALLED AGAIN I WAS TOLD THE SAME THING THAT I SHOULD EXPECT THE CALL NOW IT'S LATE THEY CLOSED AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE TV WITH ME NO COMMUNICATION FROM THEIR SIDE INCLUDING THE COURIER, MY KIDS ARE WATCHING NOTHING RIGHT NOW EMPTY PROMISES YET I PAID R9999.00 TO WATCH NOTHING.

21 Nov 2023, 13:21What is the point of replying privately as if there is something better that you going to do because till this I have not received the parcel?? I was the one following tracking the parcel none of you cared less as you received the payment what happens after that it is absolutely none of yall business, te system that is created by the company and people who are working with it were trained however it is not utilized until someone complains it does show that the parcel was not delivered on promised time frame yet nothing was done until I called and enquired and you guys have no sense of humor to lie to me again that you will get back to me and nothing what a horrible experience I had with makro and value express🤬
