Poor service Makro

Bought a weight set online end of November, On 4 Dec Makro emailed to say they are sorry but the item cannot be shipped and we will get a full refund. We proceeded to order from another supplier, once ordered from another supplier we receive a mail from Makro saying our order is shipped, but initialoy they said they will refund. So here we are waiting for 2 of the same products, The Makro one then arrived, But the courier decided to sign for the parcel himself and take it back to the warehouse, now 15 days later getting NO assistance from Makro to return this item which is still lying at the courier warehouse. Also ordered a fridge from Makro, STILL NOT DELIVERED 15 days later
