Poor Service-ill mannered

I made a purchase on the 26/05/2025. After confirmation of the order I was told delivery would be in two working days. I phoned Makro online services and spoke to a rude man who said I must read the terms and conditions because delivery is 2-5 working days. The items was scheduled for delivery yesterday and I didn't hear any thing from Makro. I called this morning to find out about my order and was told I must wait for food I ordered and now I must go purchase these items elsewhere because its required. If I new I had to wait 5 days for my delivery I would not have purchased it elsewhere. Makro is delivering bad service and their employees think they doing customers favours instead of their jobs they get paid to do
