Poor service, hiding from third parties, poor communication, forever escalating queries and never returns.

After I wrote a review to peter I have received an email that my refund will be paid to my account I must allow few day, still to date 7 days late, the payment has not been received and no communication about the progress, I have expected that the refund be prioritized since I have waited for more than 2 full months already, Makro can do better if its willing to be the best retail to it's reliable customers.
