poor service gor a faulty fridge purchased at makro cornubia

purchased a defy fridge 10 months ago. endless issues since i purchased it. Technician came out twice. fridge isnt cooling, milk and food getting spoilt whilst inside the fridge. logged a 3rd compliant on 06/01/2026, getting the run around and no assistance from makro cornubia.
