Poor service ftom Makro online

Makro online purchase poor service after buying a kettle. The full amount was, paid including a delivery fee. I was later advised that product is out of stock. After a few follow us I only received a partial refund and not my delivery fee paid. I have been calling them for a month and have received no assistance.
