Poor Service from Markro

Good Day

I purchased a Samsung Side by Side Fridge Freezer from Makro Woodmead branch, I logged numerous call with Makro office and their partner Panaserv to have the device fixed. However the problem still persists. I am beyond frustrated with the inconvenience caused has this device still under warranty.

1st Call logged 3 November 2018 10 Calls to Makro Call Centre 15 Calls to Panaserv Offices in Midrand

i there after received a call from Makro from Richard Mokgotho on 20 December 2018 who assured me device will be repaired.

In January 2019 two technician from Panserv arrived at 8:30pm on Friday night to have device repaired. They replaced internal components and told me to feedback to their offices. On Monday feedback was given has the problem still persisted .

A sound clip was requested to be send to their team to under the problem. this was communicated twice

another call was logged with Panaserv an technician was sent out on 13 Feb 2019 . Ref Panaserv (J23092 ) Technician names: ( Nathan,Bravo,Honest) It was clear that the problem has not been diagnosed therefore not resolved.

I write to you has this has been going on for past 4 months and request your assistance in resolution has you are the underwriter of this policy.
