Poor service from Makro Woodmead online order

Poor service,I have placed my order with Makro Woodmead on the 18th of December and was scheduled to be delivered on the 20th and they did not deliver. I called to make a follow up on Saturday the 21st so that they can change my work address to my home address and therefore they said it's fine they'll have to reschedule the delivery for Sunday and still nothing.I called again on Sunday to make a follow up and the agent said it was dispatched it is with the courier and he's escalating the matter.so I've been calling in everyday to follow up the stories I receive would be it's with the courier or the store is not picking up..Makro is really inconveniencing us in terms of our plans cause I need those items as a matter of urgency as I have to host people..The grocery order they've delivered there's one item missing and the matter hasn't been resolved till date..This is really poor service and wouldn't recommend anyone to use your services
